Talk to your advisor about nominations for the Intel PhD Fellowship
February 1, 2012Our internal deadline for nominations for the Intel PhD Fellowship program is this coming Monday, but we haven’t gotten too many nominations yet. If your research is in an area you think would interest Intel and you’d like to be nominated, ask your advisor if s/he would like to nominate you. (Your advisor should have received the call for nominations from your department chair and/or grad coordinator.)
Normally we don’t let students know about this call because the nominations should be up to the advisors, but I’m a bit concerned about the paucity of nominations.
The broad areas of research supported by this fellowship are hardware systems technology and design, semiconductor technology and manufacturing, and software technology and design.
